Green tea is excellent for you. It is a fact. There as a actually a study where a researcher had exposed hundreds of tiny fish to incredibly radioactive substances. Occasionally, these free radicals have been known to damage skin so much that the cells will actually become cancerous.

Using green tea skin care can do much more than that. The green tea extracts will actually help to revitalize your skin. When you use natural skin care products containing green tea extracts, you can actually reduce the damage done to your skin. You will be doing yourself a favor by adding a green tea product to your skincare regimen. Whether it is a lotion, a wrinkle cream, a serum or a spritzer, you will soon be glad that you made green tea a priority in your beauty regimen.
