My name is Lina. I’m a mother to seven beautiful children ranging from 1 week old to 12 years old
. Being a mother can be physically draining sometimes. It is important to keep your health in tip top condition so that you can give your best to your children and husband and still have the energy left to enjoy a bit of “you” time.
In the past, I’ve been run down. Getting sick ever so often which left my household in a mess. But doctors could not detect what was wrong. Finally, I turned to alternative therapies and now am happy to say that I’m fit and healthy.
I’m online writing this just seven days after the birth of my little one. Need I say more
